We're currently stopped at Stovepipe Wells, Death Valley, elevation: 5 feet. Its available internet options include, A) no internet access, and B) access to no internet, which is why the post won't actually appear until at least a day after it's been written. Death Valley isn't as beautiful as Yosemite, but it's still a pretty amazing place. It includes the lowest point in the Western hemisphere, Badwater (248 feet below sea level, and the snowy peak behind it in the panorama shot is 11,000 feet), which I've included a panoramic picture of below. Here is a video of me failing to reach a speed of very, very, very fast (I was only able to go very fast before the motor home got too close).
